Providers that help us run EasyHR and may handle customer data. We tell customers before we add or replace one.
Current list
- Server hosting: runs the application, database and file storage. Handles all customer data, encrypted in transit.
- Network protection and DNS (Cloudflare): sits in front of the website and passes traffic. Handles request metadata and encrypted traffic.
- Email delivery (SMTP gateway): sends sign-in, password-reset, notification and invoice emails. Handles recipient addresses and message content.
- Mobile push notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging, Google): delivers push alerts to the employee mobile app where the customer has it enabled. Handles device tokens and the alert text.
